
It’s Saturday, and here it is gray and cloudy as we await a storm front coming tomorrow. Not the best weather for most outdoor activities, but a great day to curl up with a good book, a cup of tea and a border collie. Here are some things I found this week:
A Short Story Challenge! Yes, I am doing this.
I started using this tool for my day job to-do lists. Since most of my job is small tasks, this lets me batch them easier. And I can forward email things straight to the list!
Really enjoyed Mary Adkins and Nicole Breit and their Craft Talk Book Club. Yesterday, the discussion was about The Vanishing Half, by Brit Bennet. I think you can watch the recording from the site. Mary is a novelist and Nicole writes creative non-fiction, so the selections will alternate each month. Looking forward to discussing Untamed by Glennon Doyle in February.
