As in all the Junk that was in our house and has now been re-homed to our neighbors. The neighbors, in turn, re-homed their money to us. Not a bad trade. It is so nice to have all kinds of space in the house and garage again. Now the goal is to keep it empty and not let the junk come back.

That said, no writing of any kind happened during the sale.
