I’m making a list of ten ideas/things every day for 90 days to become an idea generator. This is supposed to be good practice for seeing story in everything. This is day 31.

1. hot coffee on a cold day
2. warm sunshine, but not too hot
3. the buds on the trees starting to pop out into leaves
4. the way the wind makes my eyes tear up
5. the crunch of my shoes in the dirt
6. the contrast of soft grass and hard asphalt/cement
7. the barks of the fenced in dogs wanting to join us
8. squirrells watching from the tree branches
9. birds singing their praises of another day
10. the tiny green blades of grass pushing up through their dormant ancestors
